SOCCOG members have expressed interest in joint purchasing for mandated emergency radio upgrades. Complete the following form if your community is interested in participating in a group to purchase emergency radios that will meet the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations. The FCC has mandated that all entities utilizing public radio communications systems must upgrade to a narrowband system by Jan. 1, 2013.
